Mr. Hsu has been deeply involved in the field of intellectual property law, finance and information technology for a long time. In particular, he has obtained CEH ethical hacking certification, CHFI digital forensic authentication and ISO 27001:2013, a leading auditor certificate for which Mr. Hsu is the only lawyer with this relevant certification in Taiwan. Regardless whether it's civil or criminal cases, Mr. Hsu can use his wealth experience in this field in relation to digital documents involving computers, mobile phones, and portable disks, electronic files (including but not limited to common Office files, photos, e-mails, instant messenger records, and system log files). Mr. Hsu would utilize his experience and professionalism to preserve and analyze evidence critically, to challenge or to defend the effectives and the value of various digital evidence for each individual cases, and to provide timely professional opinions among judges, prosecutors and clients.

Attorney Chao graduated from the Financial and Economic Law Division of the Graduate Institute of Law at Soochow University. She specializes in commercial and financial law, with a focus on corporate governance, securities and financial technology, and white-collar crimes (e.g., breach of trust and special breach of trust). She consistently delves into these areas, keeping abreast of technological trends. In addition to post-litigation strategic planning, she places great emphasis on pre-litigation preventi on and risk reduction.
Corporate Governance: According to the needs of management teams, she provides planning for equity, finance, business strategies, and foreign investment. She also assists listed companies or SMEs in formulating corresponding management systems and reviewing contracts to comply with regulatory standards, enhancing operational efficiency, and reducing litigation risks.
Securities and Financial Technology: In response to international trends and market development, her services encompass securities, derivative financial products, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain. She provides legal opinions, legal consultations, and litigation services based on relevant regulations.
White-Collar Crimes: By listening to clients' concerns, clarifying past facts, and applicable laws, she devises litigation strategies and assists in gathering necessary evidence to ensure the client's rights are maximized and protected.

Attorney Tseng graduated from the Department of Law at National Taipei University and is currently studying at the Institute of Technology Law, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University.
Before joining Hsu & Associates, Attorney Tseng had over 15 years of experience in judicial practice, having worked at the court, the prosecutor's office, and the administrative enforcement branch. During this period, she demonstrated excellent performance and accumulated extensive practical experience. In 2021, she enrolled in the Institute of Technology Law at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University to further explore the field of technology law.
